Film buffs will grasp the meaning of the headline 'Eagle Has Landing' in the Daily Mirror. It refers to a story about an eagle which flew into a jet airliner's engines as it took off, grounding a flight with 139 people on board in Sitka, Alaska.

The headline is a play on 'The Eagle Has Landed', a 1976 British war film starring Michael Caine.
