In the wake of the 2005 terror attack on the city of London, two strangers travel there to find their missing children. The mother, Elizabeth, a fifty something woman living in Guernsey, and perfectly content to work the earth on her farm, knows her daughter lived close to where the events took place, but when she goes there she meets a man, Ousmane, a man of African descent who is searching for his son. The film charts their efforts to find out what happened to their children on this terrible day, as the two of them continue their search together and slowly find out more about themselves and each other.
If you follow the forum you'll know we've been rearranging the house a bit (it's an "ongoing" project). As a result we've been moving furniture around - a lot. As a result I needed a way of rearranging the furniture without actually having to lift it and this site does exactly that. Spend a bit of time setting up your floor plan and the pieces of furniture you have and then move them around to your heart's content. There are no downloads, it's easy to use and the basic floorplanner is free, but most of all it saves a lot of sweat and tears, believe me.
Cooking for Engineers is a collection of "tried and tested" recipes and reviews. The "Engineer" bit is what intrigued me, but to be honest it's cooking for almost everyone. The nice thing about it is the step by step photos, which mean you really can't go wrong. (Or can you?)
